Cornelis Verwaal is a New York based photographer and former reseacher/archivist at the Time Life Picture Collection. He uses a variety of vintage 35mm film cameras as well as digital cameras.
He has been taking pictures since he was a boy growing up in the Netherlands, and he still has a passion for capturing the beauty of the world around him, especially Central Park and the streets of New York City.
His work has appeared in various publications, on various websites, and in the following books:
